Gerard D. De Santis was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York in October 1969. He was later admitted to practice in the federal courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of the United States District Court, the United States Supreme Court, the courts of the State of Florida, the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association (New York), the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, the Commercial Law League of America, and the Florida Bar.
